In order to utilize the hard-salt storage in the salt deposits of Bokeloh K+S AG developed their own method to produce the special fertiliser “Kieserit”. This method is based on an electro-static separation method. The plant has a capacity of 300.000 t/a.

In order to extend the HHLA Container Terminal Tollerort in the Port of Hamburg another 300 m of quay wall were built. In addition the “Europakai” was extended by 50 m and in connection with this land with an area of approximately 40.000 m² claimed.

In connection with the modernization of the milling plant Ellmühle at Cologne-Deutz the existing unloader was extended to a total length of 14 m. Reason was lack of reach due to changed water-levels.

Financed by KfW in cooperation with the Zimbabwean Government two silos were built and an existing one extended. The silo at Lions Den was up-graded in its equipment and increased in storage capacity (to 125.000 t).

The Wesermühlen Hameln replaced their existing open-air discharging system by a new plant integrated in their main mill building. Discharging capacity for wheat-, rye- and maize-milling-products now is 150 t/h.
